Food: Easter Treats

Isn’t Easter the best?! It signals the beginning of Spring and it’s the one weekend of the year where it is perfectly acceptable to eat as much chocolate as you possibly can! There are so many different chocolates to choose from, so I thought it might be fun to show you a few of my favourite Easter Treats!

Charbonnel et Walker

Oh la la! Isn’t Charbonnel et Walker the most luxe chocolate ever?! Those truffles, that packaging! It’s all pretty darn perfect! Oh and when the delicious chocolate truffles are  finished with, you can use the boxes to keep your trinkets and craft supplies in. My very favourites have to be the Sea Salt and Caramel truffles, they are a dream!

Godiva

I love these colourful Godiva Chocolate Pops Mini Easter Egg Treats! Some are dark chocolate and others are milk, all have a different filling too. My personal favourites are Pop Noir Vanille and Pop Lait. Who doesn’t love a little ganache or mousse inside high quality chocolate shell and wrapped up in metallic foil! J’adore!

Cadbury

No Easter is complete without a Cadbury’s Creme Egg and my fiancé knows me so well, as this week he replaced our regular eggs with Cadbury’s Creme Eggs! He also bought a bar of my favourite Cadbury Marvellous Creations Jelly popping chocolate. It’s Dairy milk with added fun of jelly beans and popping candy. It’s sounds crazy, but I love this stuff!

Lindt Lindor

You know that moment when you bite into Lindt Lindor and then the chocolate melts in your mouth? It’s pretty spectacular, which is why I needed this giant Lindt Egg with a total of ten Lindt Lindor Eggs inside. I’m not really into sharing chocolate, but if I am forced to share these with my boyfriend, at least I have plenty! This is not your average chocolate!

Prestat

If you have never tried Prestat chocolate it is time to try it! It is smooth, rich and delicious! Prestat is my boyfriends favourite chocolate, it’s possible we might have to have to get one egg for him and one for me, as it’s not easy to share chocolate this good!

What’s your favourite Easter treat?

All that chocolate looks delicious! I think you need to try Teuscher Chocolates of Switzerland (I used to work for them) their chocolate is insane. The champagne truffles have real Dom Perignon in them. They also contain no preservatives or additives so they need to be replaced every 10 days!
