Yesterday, I spent most of the day in the car travelling back from my sister’s birthday party. We didn’t get back to London until quite late on, so I threw on a warm jacket and scarf and headed out for a walk around the park and to pick up a few essentials like bread, milk and avocados!
When I looked back at these photos, I did think to myself, ‘Yikes! I should never leave the house without make-up!’, but I’m a lazy kind of girl and sometimes I just want to live life and buy avocados without wearing lipstick!
Faux Fur
I’m so into faux fur at the moment, especially coloured fur. I just got an amazing Helen Moore scarf, I love the fact that it is multi-coloured and I’m obsessed with how warm it is! Personally, I think it can be hard deciding which coat to wear with a statement scarf like this, so I mixed things up a little and wore a casual vintage Harris Tweed mans jacket with this scarf!
Sunglasses in Winter
As soon as there is a hint of sun, I get my sunglasses out. I figure less squinting means less wrinkles?! Plus, I love sunglasses and I own a lot of pairs, so I may as well get the use out of them! These sunglasses are by Ray-ban, they are covered in denim and I think they look really cool, it’s a fun twist on a classic style!
All Glitter Everything
I love glitter, when I was younger I used to spray glitter into my hair before I went to gigs and clubs, as if that wasn’t enough, I used to pile it on around my eyes too. These days, I tend to use stick to glitter accessories, much like this Skinny Dip London iPhone case. The glitter and stars inside around inside, it’s a lot of fun to play with on the tube!
Where is it all from?
Vintage Harris Tweed (Similar at Beyond Retro) / Chanel Brooch / Chanel Handbag Brooch / Helen Moore Scarf / Boohoo Dress/ Skinnydip London Phone Case / Ray-Ban Sunglasses / Gigi New York Handbag / Helen Moore Bag Charm / Wolford Tights / Daniel Footwear boots.
Cute outfit! This is going to sound strange but the Chanel logo pin works really nicely with the scarf!
I love this coat! The tweed is so classic.
