I’m so obsessed with perfume. Here’s my latest find!
Boucheron was established in 1893 as a jewellery house. Famed for their contemporary designs and loved by the wealthy women of Paris and the world. It seems only fitting Boucheron would eventually want to create perfumes which match the opulence of their jewellery and watches.
Boucheron Place Vendôme Eau de Toilette is inspired by early mornings in Paris; rooftops, flowers, fresh breeze and early morning sun. With top notes of Pink Pepper, Orange Blossom and Rose Essence. Heart notes of Peony, Jasmin Petals and Honey. Base notes of Cedarwood, Benjoin. This perfume is floral, woody and fresh. It’s sweet without being sickly, light without being boring and floral without being overpowering.
It’s very pretty, very feminine and really ladylike. It’s really lovely, it’s not the kind of perfume I usually wear, but I love how feminine it is, if you like floral, pretty perfumes, this is perfect for you as it is super classy!
Available from Debenhams, House of Fraser and feelunique.com. Thanks to Boucheron for sending me a sample – it was a real treat!
