I thought I would share some thoughts on the beauty products I have been using recently…
DHC Deep Cleansing oil – Not everyone loves a cleansing oil as they worry about putting oil on their face to clean it. I don’t really know the in’s and out’s of how and why it works, I just know I like it! DHC make one of my favourite cleansing oils, and while I have just been using a tiny travel sized bottle, it has lasted me a good while so far because you only use a tiny amount. The oil seems to magically lift all my make-up (including eye make-up) in moments and leaves my skin clean but not striped.
Jurlique Rosewater mist – I’m not sure how essential this product is, but I really enjoy using it. Some people use it as a toner, others use it as a mid-day refreshing mist. Personally, I have been using it as a toner and a moisture boost, morning and night. Your spritz it over your face and it is kind of fabulous to use. Each bottle contains about 9,000 rose petals, so it really smells amazing. It might not be essential, but I really love it!
Gazelli Triple Youth Face Mask – I have spent the last few days in Paris and I find travelling crippling on my skin, but I do find a few good face masks really help. I have been using Gazelli Triple Youth Face Mask recently. It has really helped give my skin a boost, leaving me with hydrated, healthier looking skin and a more even skin tone.
S5 Calm Serum – I am quite prone to redness on my cheeks and I really hate it. While foundation does even my skin tone, I don’t like to wear foundation every day, so I would prefer to calm the redness, rather than cover it. S5 Calm Serum is my current serum and I am really impressed with it. It just seems to sooth my skin (especially my cheeks) and calm any irritations and redness, leaving my skin hydrated and more even. I have been using this morning and night. There is a day cream in the same range and I am really tempted to invest, I feel much more confident in my skin on no-foundation days with this product!
Hope you enjoyed my beauty reviews!
Ooh that Jurlique mist looks lavish! I must try! <3
