New Shoes!

Oh me, oh my! I love getting a new pair of shoes, and what is better than new shoes, but a new pair of copper coloured Dr Martens shoes! When I spied these bronze coloured beauties, I knew I had to have them!

I’m crazy over metallics and holograms at the best of times, but there is something really special about these shoes. I love the way they are the classic Dr Martens shape and style, but they are somewhere between gold and bronze and copper. Part smart, part classic and very, very cool! I think they are cool as a boot, but I think they are so much cooler as a shoe!

These shoes are so versatile, you can wear them with vintage clothing, shorts and a band tee shirt, jeans and a jumper or a super-slick all black outfit. These shoes are so awesome and I absolutely love them!

Dr Martens are the best, they are super cool and always have been, they are incredibly well made and they last forever. I also think they are a really amazing price for the quality and style of them too. I have friends who collect Dr Martens in different styles, finishes and colours, it’s a pretty good investment too as Dr Martens seem to go up in value if they are a little rare or unusual. I know I would pay a small fortune to get a pair of the Dr Martens X Comme des Garcons pair, or the studded Made In England pairs from a few years ago.

These Dr Martens are super cool and I am super happy with them, I got them from Cloggs and I have not seen this colour in the shoe anywhere else! I can wear them at festivals, out and about in town and I know they will be perfect for London Fashion Week too.

A fashion investment? I think so!
