Valentines Day is coming up and a girl needs to start thinking about what she should wear for the big day! Do I dye my hair candy floss pink, wear a heart print dress, or go subtle with just a nod to the occasion with some heart shaped jewellery?
I have teamed up with Swarovski to style up this necklace ready for Valentines day and give my lovely readers the opportunity to win one for themselves, ready for Valentines day! Exciting? I think so! I love Swarovski items, so this is a really exciting blog post for me, and I am so happy to be able to give my readers the opportunity to win one!
This necklace is amazing as it is two hearts on a pendant and you can wear one at a time or both together. There are so many different ways to wear it! It is so sparkly and pretty and also really versatile! Perfect for valentines day and you can wear it all year round as it is so pretty and simple!
This first valentines day look is bright and bold. A pink and white vintage shirt, with gold vintage shoes, a heart shaped bag by Minna Parikka, a pink crystal SuShilla ring, pink Nails Inc nail polish with Penhaligon’s Cornubia perfume. I thought this outfit would look great with both hearts hung off the Swarvoski necklace.
The second look I might consider wearing on Valentines day is lots of baby pinks and pastels. I thought it was really fun and cute. The cherry print top is by Meadham Kirchhoff, the bag and shoes are also by Meadham Kirchhoff but from their Topshop collaboration in 2013. The sunnies are by Charlotte Olympia and the nail wraps are Rock Beauty x Sophia Webster, they are pink pastel with hearts on them! With this look I thought it might be fun to just wear one heart on the Swarovski necklace.
The final look is vintage inspired, but I think it would make a great valentines day outfit. The dress is vintage, I love a lace collar! The bag is also vintage, the shoes are by Yull, the ring is by Euan Mcwhirter. I thought Jo Malone London Wild Fig & Cassis would be a perfect scent for this outfit and I thought a simple Assya London bracelet would be lovely too. With this outfit I liked the idea of wearing the outline heart necklace, I thought it suits the look better!
I love playing with colours and accessories, so I have been experimenting with this necklace to see how I can style it best for Valentines day. I can’t believe how this necklace suits every outfit, it’s so simple and versitile.
Let me know which one you like the best and hopefully we will all agree!
As I mentioned earlier, you too can have a Swarovski heart necklace, just enter the competition and it could be yours!
