I blogged about this collaboration agggesssss ago, it was so early there was not even any images to publish, but I was so excited, I had to shout about it, even though I had nothing to show!
I’m so, so, so excited to let you all know that the Meadham Kirchhoff X Amazon has now launched! It is such a beautiful collaboration, consisting of four beautiful scarves, all made of 100% silk with hand rolled edges.
The ‘Drawings’ scarf is a archive of Edward’s sketches from the ‘Cosmology of Women’ AW11 show. ‘Pearl’ is an ornate design of baroque gold and pearl drops. ‘Curtain’ features signature imagery from the SS13 collection of opulent swagged curtains. Finally, ‘Ballerina’ scarf features tiny illustrations of beautiful subtle dancers from the AW13 collection.
My favourite of the set has to be ‘Drawings’, but to be honest, I am actually tempted to buy the full set, as they are all so beautiful and special. I could wear one, and frame the rest. I absolutely adore this collaboration and I’m so happy Amazon do partnerships like these, as it’s such a great range and really affordable! I love Meadham Kirchhoff so much, I wish I could afford their collections, but I can’t, collaborations like these don’t come around often, so buy now, while you can!
