Jo Malone ‘Peony & Blush Suede’ Review

I get so excited when my favourite perfumery, Jo Malone launches a new scent! I love smelling what they do next and I can’t get enough of their luxurious fragrances!

Their newest collection Peony & Blush Suede will be launching on the 2nd September. The full collection was inspired by the Cecil Beaton and bridges the gap between couture and cologne. It is a full floral scent with the top note of crisp red apple, heart note of peony and the unexpected twist of suede within the base.

Jo Malone scents can be worn alone, or layered up with other scents in their range, Peony & Blush Suede mixes well with the following…

English Pear & Freesia for an exquisite juiciness and a sensuous, mellow touch

Orange Blossom for a full floral and flirtatious scent

Saffron also works very well, giving an opulent and striking combination – the mix of luxurious floral with a vivid spice.

I can’t wait until September to go try this new fragrance out, it sounds beautiful! I absolutely adore Jo Malone perfumes, they are just perfect!

Have you tried Jo Malone yet?

Oh my gosh, I have to try this. I’m a HUGE JM fan and I adore fragrances with leather/suede notes. I’ll set my calendar for this launch date!

I recently bought Blue Agava & Cacao Cologne. I love it and paired it with Jasmine and Mint. The woman at the counter was British and she made sure I had a few things to mix it up with. I told her I was having a hard time wearing Redcurrant & Cream and she gave me some samples to see if I found a good combo for me. I’ve been wearing Nutmeg & Ginger Cologne for a long time, too.
